In order to be able to process your return as quickly as possible, please also provide us with your order or invoice number. Returns are usually processed within 5 working days. In the event of a cancellation of the products, the return costs are on the buyer’s side out of consideration for our environment. In this way, we want to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimise return routes. In addition, we save an enormous amount of paper by not including the return label with every item, as it produces unnecessary waste when not in use.
We advise you to use insured shipping.
On the one hand, you can track your return. On the other hand, your shipment is insured in case of loss by your shipping provider. If you paid with PayPal, you can get the return shipping costs reimbursed by PayPal up to 12 times per year.
